Our family run hotel is situated on the bottom of the "Kaiser" moutain range, close to the skiarea "Zahmer Kaiser". Only 3 minutes to the chair lift, the starting point of the skiarea. 10 Lifts and about 25 km
down hill slopes as well as marvelles cross country slope and winter híking paths will be offered to our guests.
Alpine huts and 4 toboggan runs will spend a lot of great winter fun!
